Terms of Use

User Agreement

Last updated August 13, 2026

Welcome to Tidy Haus. These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern your use of our website at [www.tidy.haus](https://www.tidy.haus) (the “Site”) and your engagement of our services.

Tidy Haus is operated by Tidy Haus LLC, DBA Tidy Haus Digital Organizing (“Tidy Haus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company based in Fort Worth, Texas. Tidy Haus provides remote, live-video digital organizing services — we work with you one-on-one over live video to organize and simplify your digital life, including your computer files, cloud storage, photo libraries, email inboxes, digital workflows and automations, and related productivity systems.

Two things define how we work, and this Agreement reflects both:

  • You are our client, and we stand behind the work. Tidy Haus delivers its services through a team of skilled organizing professionals — including vetted independent contractors — who each complete our vetting, testing, and certification process before working with clients. Whoever leads your session, your relationship and your agreement are with Tidy Haus, and Tidy Haus stands behind the services you receive. We are not a marketplace or venue that simply connects you with third parties and then steps aside.
  • We work remotely, over live video. Sessions are conducted in real time by video conference. We do not perform in-home visits, and our services are digital in nature. In the course of a session you may choose to give us guided access to your devices, files, or online accounts so we can help you organize them (see Access Authorization below).

By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to this Agreement. Please read it carefully.

Important: This Agreement contains a mutual arbitration provision and a class-action waiver (Section 18). Please review it carefully.

1.Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the Site, booking a session, or using any Tidy Haus service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and by our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, each incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services. We may update this Agreement from time to time as described in Section 20.

2.The Services

Tidy Haus provides remote, live-video digital organizing and related productivity services, which may include organizing computer files and folders, cloud storage, digital photo libraries, and email; setting up digital workflows and automations; and coaching on productivity and organizing systems, including for clients who identify as neurodivergent. Your sessions are led by Tidy Haus organizing professionals who have completed our vetting, testing, and certification process.

Our services are advisory, consultative, and hands-on with your permission: we work with you in real time over live video using third-party screen-sharing applications like Zoom, which provide state-of-the-art protection, safety, and security. Only when you direct us to and grant access do we help make changes within your digital environment. You remain the owner and final decision-maker for your files, accounts, and data at all times. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, recovered space, or result; digital organizing depends on your goals, participation, and the state of your systems.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. If you engage us on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you are authorized to bind that party to this Agreement.

4.Booking and Sessions

Scheduling. You book sessions through our Site or scheduling links. When you book, a Tidy Haus consultant reserves that time exclusively for you.

Live-video delivery. Sessions are conducted over live video using third-party screen-sharing applications like Zoom. You are responsible for having a working device, internet connection, and any credentials needed to join and to access the material you want organized.

Two-hour minimum. Engagements begin with a two-hour minimum session. Time beyond the first two hours is scheduled and billed as described in Section 5.

Late arrivals. Your session begins at its scheduled start time, not at your arrival time, because your consultant reserves that time for you. Billing runs from the scheduled start. If you have not joined within thirty (30) minutes of the scheduled start and we have not heard from you, the session is treated as a no-show under Section 6.

5.Fees, Billing, and Payment

Rates. Your first two hours are billed at a flat fee of $280. After the two-hour minimum, sessions are billed for the actual time worked, calculated only once each session is complete and never rounded up. All rates and fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment method and processing. When you place a deposit or book, you authorize Tidy Haus to securely store your payment card on file and to charge it for the services you request. Payments are processed by Stripe, a certified third-party payment processor; your full card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by Tidy Haus. Every charge is accompanied by an emailed receipt. You may update or remove the card on file, or end the engagement, at any time after the two-hour minimum has been met.

What we charge for. We only charge for work you have asked for or time we have actually spent together, plus any fee expressly described in this Agreement or our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (such as the rescheduling, no-show, or late fees in Section 6).

6.Cancellation, Rescheduling, No-Shows, Refunds, and Credits

This section summarizes our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy; that policy governs if there is any conflict.

Rescheduling. You may reschedule a session at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice incurs a $70 fee.

No-shows. If a consultant attends a scheduled session and you are not present without prior notice, a single flat $70 no-show fee is charged to the card on file.

Refunds. You may cancel any purchase and receive a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, provided no hours from that purchase have been used. Once the first hour is drawn, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund. After 72 hours, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Prepaid packages and unused credits. Any or all deposits, and prepaid session/hour purchases are non-refundable after 72 hours (See “Refunds”). Prepaid hours and session packages are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase and may be applied to any Tidy Haus service during that period. As a courtesy, we will endeavor to remind you as your expiration date approaches. Any hours remaining unused after six (6) months are forfeited. Prepaid hours and credits are non-transferable.

7.Client Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate account and contact information; show up for or properly reschedule your sessions; maintain your own devices, internet, and account credentials; and make your own decisions about what to keep, move, or delete. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and organize any files, accounts, or data you ask us to work with.

8.Access Authorization and Third-Party Accounts

During a session you may choose to grant Tidy Haus guided, real-time access to your devices, files, or online accounts (for example, cloud storage, photo, or email services) so that we can help you organize them. Any such access is at your direction and under your supervision during the live session. You may withdraw access at any time.

Many of the environments we help you organize are operated by third parties (for example, Google, Apple, Microsoft, Dropbox, and similar providers). Your use of those services remains governed by their terms and privacy policies, and you are responsible for complying with them and for having authority to grant us access. Tidy Haus is not responsible for the availability, terms, or actions of third-party services.

We will never ask you to share a password in plain text where a secure authorization method exists, and we do not perform financial transactions, move money, or make purchases on your behalf.

9.Confidentiality and Data Handling

We treat what we see during your sessions as confidential. Tidy Haus will not disclose your personal files, account contents, or other confidential information to third parties except as needed to provide the services, as you direct, or as required by law. Our organizing professionals are bound by confidentiality obligations to Tidy Haus. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Tidy Haus does not retain copies of your files. Because we never take possession of your files, we do not copy or transfer them to our own systems. Your files, photos, emails, and other data remain on your own local devices and cloud accounts at all times; we are granted only supervised, real-time access during your session to help you organize them, and that access ends when the session ends.

10.Client Data, Backups, and Limitation for Data Loss

Organizing digital environments involves moving, consolidating, and deleting files and messages at your direction. You are responsible for maintaining your own current backups of any data before and during our work together. While we take reasonable care, Tidy Haus is not responsible for the loss, corruption, or deletion of files, photos, emails, or account data, including changes made at your direction during a session or changes arising from third-party services. If you are not comfortable with a proposed change, tell your consultant before it is made.

11.Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or our services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others’ rights, to ask us to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, or to interfere with the operation or security of the Site. We may suspend or terminate service for conduct that violates this Agreement.

12.Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and the Tidy Haus name and marks — are owned by Tidy Haus or its licensors and are protected by law. Any templates, checklists, workflow configurations, or written materials we provide to you may be used for your own personal or internal business purposes; you may not resell or redistribute them. Anything that is yours — your files, photos, and account contents — remains yours.

13.Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including the laws of the State of Texas, Tidy Haus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will achieve any particular result, that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any third-party service will remain available.

14.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including the laws of the State of Texas, Tidy Haus and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising out of or relating to the services or this Agreement. Tidy Haus’s total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to Tidy Haus for the services giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

15.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tidy Haus harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any third party’s rights, including your having directed us to access accounts or data you were not authorized to access.

16.Term and Termination

This Agreement applies whenever you use the Site or our services. Either party may end an engagement at any time after the two-hour minimum has been met, subject to the fees and credit terms in Sections 5–6. We may suspend or terminate your access for conduct that violates this Agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, and 19) will survive.

17.Notices and Contact

Questions about your account, a charge, or this Agreement: customercare@tidy.haus. Formal legal notices to Tidy Haus should be sent to:

Tidy Haus LLC, Attn: Legal
6416 Wilton Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76133

We will send notices to you at the email or address associated with your account.

18.Dispute Resolution and Mutual Arbitration

Informal resolution first. Before starting any arbitration, you and Tidy Haus agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting customercare@tidy.haus and allowing at least 30 days to resolve it.

Arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and Tidy Haus agree that disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis, seated in Tarrant County, Texas. You and Tidy Haus waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

19.Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 18, any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

20.Changes to These Terms

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

21.Miscellaneous

This Agreement, together with the policies it incorporates, is the entire agreement between you and Tidy Haus regarding the services and supersedes prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this Agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Section headings are for convenience only.
