Tidy Haus Pricing

An Investment in a calmer life

Simple, honest pricing. Flat rates, billed by actual time and never rounded up — because trust is the first thing we organize.

The cost of another year like the last one

Doing nothing feels free. It isn’t — it’s the hours lost this year hunting for files that should take seconds, the duplicates multiplying across your drives, the photos one dead laptop away from gone, and the quiet stress of never quite knowing where anything is. That cost comes due whether you look at it or not. The only choice is paying it in lost time, or fixing it once.

Your investment

Most clients recover the cost in reclaimed hours within the first month. What stays recovered is harder to price: the photo library that’s finally safe, the inbox that no longer follows you to bed.

Why we begin with two hours

Organizing without a plan is just moving clutter around. So the first two hours are where the real value changes hands: we map your digital life end to end, find where it breaks down, and build a plan so clear that anyone could carry it out — you, a family member, or us.

Most people have never seen their whole digital world laid out in one picture. At the end of two hours, you own that picture — and the professional plan that goes with it. That’s not a minimum charge; it’s a deliverable. Some clients take the plan and run it themselves. Most ask us to keep going. Either way, you’ve already received the value you paid for.

Every engagement includes: a plan you approve before we begin · a full recording of every session · a detailed review of the work completed · conducted entirely over Zoom, wherever you are in the world.

The one thing we insist on

Of everything we do — the photo libraries, the inboxes, the file systems, the workflows — the smallest task is the one we refuse to skip: making sure your digital life is backed up, automatically, without you having to think about it.

Most people learn how fragile their digital life is only after losing part of it. 54% of computer owners have lost data — and only 1 in 10 backs up daily. Backblaze / The Harris Poll, survey of 2,068 U.S. adults

For us it’s an hour of quiet, unglamorous work. For you it’s the difference between an inconvenience and a catastrophe. It’s the cheapest insurance we know of — and it’s built into every engagement, because organized files on an unprotected drive aren’t organized. They’re just tidy and vulnerable.

In their words

Tidy Haus truly was a lifesaver for me! It made the process of transitioning and organizing my records and data from my corporate life to my own business much smoother and way more manageable.

Living in London, I never thought I would come across a service like this. If it weren’t for ChatGPT, I might never have discovered this truly essential service. They put in great effort, responded quickly, and were always there to answer my questions and fulfill my requests.

Pricing questions, answered

How much does it cost to hire a digital organizer at Tidy Haus?

The first two hours are a flat $280 — that’s our minimum engagement. After that, hours are $140 each, billed by actual time used. Prepaid packages lower the rate: 5 hours at $130/hr, 10 hours at $120/hr, or 20 hours at $110/hr.

Is the discovery call really free?

Yes. It’s a 20-minute Zoom conversation with no cost and no obligation. You leave with an honest read on scope, hours, and price before spending a dollar.

Do you require a deposit?

There’s no separate deposit. Your engagement begins with the prebilled two-hour minimum ($280), which serves as your project fee. Refund and rescheduling terms are spelled out in our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

How does payment work — and do you keep my card on file?

Payments run securely through Stripe, a certified payment provider — your full card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us. When you place your deposit, you agree to keep your card securely on file so each session after the first two hours is billed automatically once it’s complete, by actual time and never rounded up. Every charge comes with an emailed receipt, and you can update or remove your card, or end the engagement, at any time after the two-hour minimum.

Do prepaid hours expire?

Prepaid hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We’ll email you a reminder before they expire, so you have time to use your remaining time. Unused hours after that date are forfeited, and hours are non-transferable.

What if I cancel or change my mind?

Purchases may be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund, and rescheduling is free with reasonable notice. Full details are in our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Are there any other fees?

No. All work is remote, so there are no travel charges, no equipment fees, and no surcharges of any kind. The rates on this page are the whole story.
