& Rescheduling Policy

Our Tidy Haus Digital Organizing Service is designed to be flexible and fit your schedule. However, we have some rules in place to ensure fairness to our consultants and the team that supports them.
Our rescheduling and cancellation policies are designed to provide a reliable and consistent experience for residential and business customers of Tidy Haus. While schedules can change quickly, rescheduling or skipping a booking on short notice causes professionals to lose valuable work or the opportunity to earn. Therefore, fees apply when bookings are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your booking’s start time:
STANDARD REQUEST
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
--> No Fee Assessed or Charged.
SHORT NOTICE REQUEST
Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours but no more than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
--> A Fee of $140 will be assessed.
LESS THAN 12-HOUR REQUEST
Cancel or reschedule with less than 12 hours' notice before a scheduled session.
--> A Fee of $280 will be assessed.
NO PRIOR NOTICE - "NO SHOW"
The Tidy Haus Consultant attends the session as scheduled, and the customer is not present.
--> A maximum of $430 will be assessed.
PROJECT CANCELLATION
Project cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
--> Full refund of any deposited or unused fees if the cancellation request is within 48 hours of the service purchase.
REFUNDS
After you receive your order, you can cancel it and get a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, as long as you haven't started the service yet. However, once 48 hours have passed or the service has begun, your purchase will fall under our cancellation and rescheduling policy, and you won't be eligible for a refund anymore.
All deposits for packaged or bundled services, as well as session hours, are non-refundable. If you are unable to utilize the service in the near term, you will have one year from the date of purchase to exercise that credit toward any Tidy Haus service of your choice.
