Tidy Haus Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

When you book a session with Tidy Haus, a consultant reserves that time exclusively for you. These policies exist to be fair to everyone.

Rescheduling Fees

Rescheduling shows a commitment to your project — we appreciate that. Reduced fees apply when rescheduling on short notice.

No-Show

No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a consultant attends a scheduled session and the client is not present without any prior notice.

Important: No-show fees are invoiced separately and must be paid in full before scheduling or attending any future sessions. Unpaid no-show invoices will place your account on hold until resolved.

Refunds

You may cancel any purchase and receive a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided your service has not yet begun.

Once 48 hours have passed or your first session has started, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Unused Credits

All deposits and prepaid hours are non-refundable. If life gets in the way and you're unable to use your remaining time, your credit stays active for one year from the date of purchase and can be applied to any Tidy Haus service.

Late Arrivals

If You’re Running Late

Life happens, and a few minutes late is never a problem. Please know, though, that your session begins at its scheduled start time — not at your arrival time. Your consultant reserves that time exclusively for you and is ready at the scheduled minute, so billing starts then. For example, arriving thirty minutes late to a two-hour session leaves ninety minutes of working time.

The short version: billing runs from the scheduled start time, not from when you arrive. If you know you’ll be late, email customercare@tidy.haus or reply to your confirmation email — with enough notice, we’ll do our best to adjust.

If you haven’t arrived within thirty minutes of your scheduled start and we haven’t heard from you, the session is treated as a no-show under the policy above.

Good to Know

A Few Things Worth Noting

  • The 48-hour refund window and the rescheduling fee policy are separate. A same-day reschedule within your refund window still incurs a rescheduling fee if a consultant was already scheduled.
  • Project cancellations follow the same rescheduling notice tiers above. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours before a scheduled project session is treated as a short-notice reschedule.
