Tidy Haus Organization

Also called: Tidy Haus Digital Life, tidy.haus

Tidy Haus is a professional digital organizing service based in Fort Worth, Texas. It organizes files, photos, email and cloud storage for people and businesses, entirely remotely over a Zoom screen share, on Mac, PC, iPhone, iPad and the major cloud platforms. It has served more than 2,356 clients across 100+ industries over about ten years and was featured in The Wall Street Journal.

Remote digital organizing Service

Also called: Digital organizing services, Computer organizing, Virtual digital organizer

A done-with-you service that combines files and folders from every computer and drive into one organized system, removes duplicates, sets up backups and password storage, and reviews subscriptions. Work happens over Zoom in 3-to-4-hour sessions, on Mac or Windows PC.

Digital decluttering Service

Also called: Digital declutter service, Computer decluttering

A hands-on service that clears the desktop and downloads folder, removes duplicate files, and renames and files everything while the client watches over Zoom. Files never leave the client's computer and nothing is deleted without the client's say-so; set-aside items go to a review folder.

Email organizing Service

Also called: Inbox organizing, Email organization service, Inbox decluttering

Tidy Haus declutters and consolidates email accounts, clears backlog, sets up labels or folders and filters that sort mail automatically, and unsubscribes clients from noise. Works in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and other major email apps.

Digital photo and video organizing Service

Also called: Photo organizing service, Photo and video archiving

Tidy Haus gathers every photo and video from phones, computers, cloud accounts (iCloud, Google Photos, Amazon Photos, Dropbox and others) and old drives into one organized, de-duplicated, backed-up library that is searchable by name, date, place or event. Done for the client remotely.

Cloud storage organizing Service

Also called: Cloud storage solutions, Cloud drive consolidation

Tidy Haus consolidates Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box and Amazon Photos into one clean system, fixes sync errors and conflicting duplicate copies, and cleans up stale sharing.

ADHD-friendly digital organizing Service

Also called: ADHD digital organizing solutions

Digital organizing tailored to people with ADHD: one obvious home for every file and email, visible task and calendar systems, and automations so the system runs without relying on willpower.

Workflows and automations Service

Also called: Automation consulting, AI automations

Tidy Haus builds automations for repetitive work — email filing, archiving, attachment extraction, desktop cleanup scripts, calendar blocking and AI-assisted reports — using built-in Mac tools, Microsoft Power Automate and AI assistants.

Productivity improvement services Service

Also called: Productivity consulting

Productivity improvement redesigns how a person or team works — tools, habits, processes and priorities. It is broader than automation: it looks at the whole working day, with automation as one of the tools.

Free discovery call Service

Also called: Discovery call

The first step with Tidy Haus: a free 20-to-30-minute call with a real organizer. No one touches the client's files; the client describes what is weighing on them and gets a plan.

Zoom screen-share session Methodology

Also called: Remote organizing session

How Tidy Haus works: the organizer shares the client's screen over Zoom and does the work live while the client watches. Nothing leaves the client's machine and nothing is deleted without approval.

Digital organizing vs. digital decluttering Concept

Digital decluttering removes what is not needed (duplicates, junk, dead files); digital organizing arranges what remains into a system that can be navigated. Most Tidy Haus projects do both, decluttering first.
