& Rescheduling Policy

OUR POLICIES FOR CANCELLATION, NO-SHOWS, AND RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Standard Change (24+ Hours’ Notice)

    • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session.

    • No fee.

  • Short Notice Change (12–24 Hours’ Notice)

    • Cancel or reschedule between 12 and 24 hours before your session.

    • $140 fee.

  • Late Change (Less Than 12 Hours’ Notice)

    • Cancel or reschedule with less than 12 hours’ notice.

    • $280 fee.

  • No Show (No Notice Given)

    • If a consultant arrives and the client is not present.

    • $430 fee.

Project Cancellations

  • Within 48 Hours of Service Purchase

    • Full refund of any deposits or unused fees if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of purchase.

  • After 48 Hours or Once Work Begins

    • Cancellations follow the Rescheduling & Cancellations policy above.

Refunds

  • You may cancel your purchase for a full refund within 48 hours, provided the service has not yet started.

  • After 48 hours—or once the first session begins—your purchase is covered by the cancellation rules above, and refunds are no longer available.

  • Deposits for bundled or packaged services are non-refundable. However, you may apply unused service credits toward any Tidy Haus service within one year of purchase.

Summary

  • 24+ hours = Free to reschedule or cancel

  • 12–24 hours = $140 fee

  • Under 12 hours = $280 fee

  • No Show = $430 fee

  • Refund window = 48 hours after purchase (before service starts)

  • Credits = Valid for 1 year if services are not used
