OUR POLICIES FOR CANCELLATION, NO-SHOWS, AND RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before your session — No charge. Reschedule or Postpone anytime. Your purchase is valid for 1 year as a credit from the date of purchase.

  • 12–24 hours before your session — $140 fee, deducted from any credits on your account. Your purchase is valid for 1 year as a credit from the date of purchase.

  • No-show (no notice given) — $200 fee, deducted from any credits on your account. This applies if a consultant joins the Zoom session and you are not present within 15 minutes of the session’s start. Your purchase is valid for 1 year as a credit from the date of purchase.

Project Cancellations

  • Within 72 hours of purchase — Full refund of any deposits or unused fees, provided work has not yet begun.

  • After work begins, the rescheduling and cancellation fees above apply. Refunds are no longer available, but unused credits may be applied toward any Tidy Haus service within one year of purchase.

Refunds

  • Refunds are available only if you cancel within 72 hours of purchase and before your first session begins.

  • Once your first session has taken place, refunds are not available. Unused service credits may be applied toward any Tidy Haus service within one year of purchase.

  • Deposits for bundled or pre-packaged services are non-refundable. Unused credits from those packages may be applied toward any Tidy Haus service within one year of purchase.
